Around 40 kilometres of perfectly groomed slopes lie right outside the door, between 1,400 and 2,200 metres above sea level. Turracher Höhe is one of Austria’s most snow-reliable ski areas – featuring modern lifts, wide runs, and a panorama that shines differently every day. Whether gentle slopes for leisure skiers or sporty routes for the ambitious – everyone will find their perfect line.
After a day in the snow, the sauna, restaurant, and spacious apartments await you – with plenty of time to unwind.

For those who prefer to experience winter at their own pace, Turracher Höhe offers ideal conditions for cross-country skiing. At around 1,800 metres above sea level, four well-maintained trails await you, with a total length of approximately 18 kilometres – suitable for classic and skating style.
The flat Turracher Lake Trail is perfect for beginners, while the Weitental Trail, around seven kilometres long, is more challenging and rewards you with wonderful views of the Nockberge mountains. The Sonnenloipe and Hochmoorloipe lead through peaceful landscapes and offer exactly what people seek up here: tranquillity, clarity, and vastness.
Snow-reliable from December to April, serene and expansive – cross-country skiing on the Turracher Höhe is pure harmony with nature.
